Wayne Anthony is Vice President, Human Resources.

Mr. Anthony has over 20 years experience in labour relations and strategic human resources management in predominately unionized manufacturing environments. Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. Anthony was Director, Human Resources, AFG Industries Limited. At AFG Industries, he was responsible for directing all labour relations administration activities on behalf of the company for over 30 collective agreements covering over 1,000 employees. These activities included negotiations, grievances, arbitration, mediation and contract interpretation. Mr. Anthony was also responsible for setting strategic business objectives relative to human resources and guiding its positive outcomes.

Mr. Anthony holds a Business Administration Diploma from Ryerson Polytechnic University. He frequently attends industry-leading courses, seminars and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of new developments in human resources management and labour relations. For example, he has completed the Industrial Relations & Arbitration course at Queen's University. Mr. Anthony is active in the community as a volunteer with the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation and Boy Scouts of Canada.

Mr. Anthony joined 407 ETR in 2001.
