Mr. Antonio de Santiago is President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. de Santiago has over 14 years of international experience in the transportation and construction industries. Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. de Santiago has served as Chief Executive Officer for Eurolink Motorway Operation, Manager of Portuguese Motorways for Cintra, and Area Manager for Agroman. As Chief Executive Officer of Eurolink Motorway, he was responsible for this concession company which operates and maintains the M4 Motorway in Ireland.

Mr. de Santiago is a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering and has earned an executive MBA. He is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences, seminars and university lectures.
