Brian Fernandes is the Chief Internal Auditor.

Mr. Fernandes has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, including auditing, accounting and treasury. During his career, Mr. Fernandes worked for international and medium-sized public and private companies around the world.

Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. Fernandes worked with Nortel Networks and ShawCor in Internal Audit. At ShawCor, he also worked in the treasury department where he managed their global cash requirements and foreign exchange exposure.

Mr. Fernandes is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) from Ontario and also holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and is concurrently pursuing his MBA. He frequently attends seminars and courses related to finance and corporate governance, in addition to lending his expertise and personal time to various charitable organizations.

Mr. Fernandes joined 407 ETR in 2003.
