David Allred is Chief Information Officer of 407 ETR.

Mr. Allred has over 20 years experience in banking, insurance and advanced technology industries. Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. Allred was Vice President, Information Systems and Deputy Chief Information Officer, ING Canada; and Vice President, Information Systems and Chief Information Officer, Guardian Insurance Company of Canada.

At ING Canada, he was responsible for 250 Systems Development, Customer Service and Project Office professionals at four key locations across Canada. Mr. Allred was also responsible for integrating three companies' systems and Information Technology staff. As Vice President, Information Systems and Chief Information Officer at Guardian Insurance Company of Canada , Mr. Allred was responsible for 100 Systems Development, Project Management, Help Desk and Technical Support Team professionals. As part of a world-wide team, he helped standardize hardware and software platforms throughout the company to enable cost-savings through Global Purchase Agreements.

Mr. Allred joined 407 ETR in September 1999.
