Mike Miller is Chief Customer Operations Officer.

Mr. Miller has over 20 years experience in customer service, retail marketing, customer analysis and quality service control. Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. Miller was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Hydro Energy; Vice President, Customer Relationship Marketing with Sears, Roebuck and Company in Chicago; and Vice President, Strategic Planning and Quality for Sears Canada. While at Sears Canada, he was responsible for strategic planning, quality, and customer research initiatives across the organization.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters degree with Honours in Economics from Guelph University. He frequently attends industry-leading courses, seminars and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of new developments in human resources management and customer service.

Mr. Miller joined 407 ETR in 2003.
