ETR Rewards Gas Savings Card

For your convenience, there is no activation process after you have received your ETR Rewards Gas Savings Card in the mail. Your card is ready to be used by you or your family.

In order to receive monthly reloads of value, your card must be used at least once. Simply visit a Petro-Canada™ station and swipe the card at the pump before you pick-up the nozzle to pump gas. Start using your gas card right away to maximize your savings.

On the second day of each month that you are in the program, your gas card will be automatically reloaded with savings. The value will be added to any balance remaining on the card from the previous month. However, you are not entitled to retroactive reloads. For example, if you receive your ETR Rewards Gas Savings Card in August and use it for the first time in October, you will only be eligible for reloads of value in November, December and January. In this case, you will have missed savings for September and October.

Instant Gas Savings Tips

• New gas cards come loaded with one month of value, applicable to your tier. Reloading of value is subject to prior use of the card.
• Reloading of value for March, April, May, June and July 2013 will be automatic provided your gas card has been used at least once by February 28, 2013.
• Existing gas cardholders who have used their gas card at least once by January 31, 2013 will also receive a reload of value, applicable to their next phase tier, on February 2, 2013.
• Retroactive reloads are not allowed. For example, use of your gas card for the first time in April 2013 will result in reloading of value for May, June and July 2013 only.
• Your gas card will be automatically reloaded with the monthly value applicable to your tier.
• If a gas card has been used at least once during the program phase, but then not used again for a consecutive period of three months, it will receive no further reloads of value. However, an inactive, eligible card can resume receiving monthly reloads as soon as it is used again.
• 407 ETR reserves the right to exclude from future phases, ETR Rewards customers who have not used any free rewards.
• Customers referred to Collections or Plate Denial will be removed from the program and will receive no further reloads of value on their gas card.
