I have received Camera Charges

Camera Charges are billed on a per trip basis when our system does not detect a transponder in your vehicle. You can avoid Camera Charges by clicking here to lease a transponder.

Once signed in, here is how to request Camera Charge Adjustments:

  1. Click on Charge Adjustments from the left menu.
  2. Click on Request Charge Adjustment.
  3. Select your account number and click Continue.
  4. Validate details and click Submit.

Please see below the pre-conditions for requesting charge adjustments:

  • Only the Camera Charge portion of a trip may be adjusted.
  • Only Camera Charges on your most recent statement may be adjusted.
  • Your 407 ETR account must have an equal number of registered transponder(s) to licence plate(s).
