I have received Camera Charges
Camera Charges are billed on a per trip basis when our system does not detect a transponder in your vehicle. You can avoid Camera Charges by clicking here to lease a transponder.
Once signed in, here is how to request Camera Charge Adjustments:
- Click on Charge Adjustments from the left menu.
- Click on Request Charge Adjustment.
- Select your account number and click Continue.
- Validate details and click Submit.
Please see below the pre-conditions for requesting charge adjustments:
- Only the Camera Charge portion of a trip may be adjusted.
- Only Camera Charges on your most recent statement may be adjusted.
- Your 407 ETR account must have an equal number of registered transponder(s) to licence plate(s).
