What do I do with the transponder on the deceased's account?

Please return the transponder to our offices at 6300 Steeles Ave. W., Woodbridge, ON. You have two options:

  1. Mail the transponder via Xpress Post to 6300 Steeles Ave. West, Woodbridge, ON, L4H 1J1

    Please note: wrap the transponder in aluminum foil if you are returning the transponder by mail, so that the courier company's charges are not billed to your account. Also please mail it in a bubble wrap envelope to prevent damage to the transponder.

  2. Drop off at our head office at 6300 Steeles Ave. W., Woodbridge, ON, L4H1J1.

    For customers wishing to drop off a transponder, please note we have a secure drop-box available 24 hours a day at the front of our Head Office.
