When can I take my six free trips?
Once you’ve accepted the offer Terms & Conditions and finished creating your My Account, you’re automatically enrolled. The first six trips you take from the date you sign up will be credited on your account. The six trips can be taken any time of day, any day of the week, within one month from the day you signed up.
What is considered one trip?
One trip is defined as a one-way passage on the highway, in other words, one entry to one exit.
Is there a limit on how many kilometres I can travel during my trips?
No, the free trips can be used for any length of travel.
What happens after I use up the six free trips?
Once you’ve taken the six trips, any trips after that will be billed to you at our regular rates. Learn more about rates & fees.
Where can I see my offer details after I sign up?
Your information will appear in My Account about a day after you take your first trip. This includes your offer details and full Terms & Conditions.
