Important Canada Post strike information

Canada Post has moved from a full national strike to rotating strikes, which may cause intermittent delays in mail and package delivery from 407 ETR. This includes paper bills, transponder orders, transponder fasteners and refund cheques.
Billing & Payments
During the strike, payments should continue to be made for amounts owed. If your payment is pre-authorized, amounts owing will continue to be withdrawn as normal.
The following payment options are available:
Log in to My Account or Create a My Account online or through the 407 ETR mobile app to check your balance and make a secure payment or set up pre-authorized debit.
Make a one-time payment without logging in.
Add 407 ETR as a payee and pay through online or telephone banking.
Transponders
Transponder orders are being shipped during the rotating strike, but delivery may be delayed. If you've ordered a transponder and it is delayed, you can continue to travel and the camera charges will be waived automatically.
Transponders ordered for vehicles over 5,000 kg will be delivered by an alternate courier.
