Geofrey Cardoza
Vice President, Enterprise Delivery (Interim)
Geofrey Cardoza joined 407 ETR in April 2022 as Program Delivery Advisor to the Board specifically for the delivery of the Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) project and was appointed as Interim Vice President, Enterprise Delivery in November 2022. Mr. Cardoza has over 30 years of experience in delivering strategic initiatives from large multi-national corporations to small start-ups.
Before his work with 407 ETR, he served as Vice President, Program Delivery at The Co-operators where he was responsible the delivery of the client experience transformation program. Mr. Cardoza’s experience also includes three years at PC Financial, as Vice President of Delivery, where he was responsible for delivering their strategic digital banking platform and channels. He previously spent nine years at TD Bank in a number of executive roles delivering core platforms in credit cards, wealth management, retail banking and risk management.
In his role with 407 ETR, Mr. Cardoza will oversee the successful delivery of second phase of the ERM project and other strategic cost savings initiatives. He will help establish a sustainable delivery structure for future implementations while strengthening our core delivery competencies.
