John Galibert
Vice President, Customer Operations
John Galibert joined 407 ETR in January 2022 as the Vice President, Customer Operations. He has more than 25 years of business operations and customer service experience.
From 2000 to 2020, Mr. Galibert held positions of increasing responsibility in 407 ETR’s customer service department, and in 2018, was promoted to Senior Director, Customer Operations. Prior to his work with 407 ETR, he filled a variety of customer service roles at Rogers Communications, including as a senior bilingual manager.
Mr. Galibert brings unique skills and life experiences to 407 ETR. He was born and raised in France, then moved to the U.K. where he worked for 10 years in customer service roles for large companies such as Coca Cola & Schweppes, Fedex and others, before coming to Canada. He is fluent in French and English and he is currently studying Japanese.
Mr. Galibert graduated from the Lycée d’Enseignement Professionel de Souillac in 1982. He holds numerous training and coaching certificates and has received customer satisfaction and leadership awards from SQM Group in the customer service industry.
