Paul Ruttan
Vice President, Infrastructure & Construction
Paul Ruttan joined 407 ETR in May 1999 and is Vice President of Infrastructure & Construction. Mr. Ruttan has over 25 years of construction management experience. Having worked for several construction companies within Ontario, he successfully managed the construction of various highways, airport facilities and private development projects.
Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mr. Ruttan worked for Dufferin Construction Company and, lastly, Canadian Highways International Constructors. When Highway 407 ETR was under the ownership of Ontario Transportation Capital Corporation, as the Construction Manager, and ultimately the Project Director, Mr. Ruttan had a crucial role in the delivery of the initial $929 million development, design and construction of the highway.
Mr. Ruttan has the proven ability to deliver complex design/build projects in a manner that meets or exceeds the contractual, environmental, quality and safety standards of the project.
