Terms and Conditions

Use of Funds As the authorized representative of the organization/team indicated on the application from 407 ETR (“we”, “our”), agree that the funds provided by 407 ETR will be used only for costs incurred related to the team’s activities. 407 ETR’s sponsorship will be acknowledged as described in this application form. If the team has other sponsors, 407 ETR’s logo will be as prominent as the relative size of its sponsorship funds. Media We agree to send one or more photo(s) / video(s) of the sponsored team. We agree that 407 ETR will have the right to post or use the photo(s) / video(s) in any media, including on social media, for any purpose, including promotion of 407 ETR. If there are any players or other people shown in the photo(s) / videos(s), we will ensure that they have signed a photo release form, which will be provided by 407 ETR. Our team or organization has a social media account, and we agree to add at least one tag or comment mentioning either “@407ETR” on Twitter or “@407ETR” on Instagram for its positive contribution or impact. Branding We will follow all of 407 ETR’s trademark and branding guidelines communicated to us by 407 ETR from time to time including, without limitation, pre-approval requirements. Privacy By submitting this form, we agree that 407 ETR may collect and use our information for the purposes of administering the Keep Moving program, and in accordance with 407 ETR’s Privacy Notice found at 407etr.com/privacynotice
