When can I take my six free trips?
Once you’ve accepted the offer Terms & Conditions and finished creating your My Account, you’re automatically enrolled. The first six trips you take from the date you register for the offer will be credited on your account. The six trips can be taken any time of day, any day of the week, within one month from the day you registered.
What is considered one trip?
One trip is defined as a one-way passage on the highway, in other words, one entry to one exit.
Is there a limit on how many kilometres I can travel during my trips?
No, the free trips can be used for any length of travel.
What happens after I use up the six free trips?
Once you’ve taken the six trips, any trips after that will be billed to you at our regular rates. Learn more about rates & fees.
Are there any hidden fees or payment information required to sign up for My Account and claim the offer?
No hidden fees apply when you sign up for My Account or register for the 6 Free Rides offer. You do not need to provide payment information to create a My Account. This promotion provides a 100% discount on toll charges, trip toll charges, and camera charges during the promotion period. Please note: Transponder lease fees will continue to apply if you lease a transponder. After your six free trips are used, regular toll rates will apply.
Where can I see my offer details after I sign up?
Once you’ve created a My Account and registered for the offer, you can log in to My Account to view the offer details.
