Ali Razavi
Chief Information Officer
Ali Razavi joined 407 ETR in November 2024 as the Chief Information Officer. Mr. Razavi has over 25 years of experience in technology strategy and execution. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Scotiabank where he was responsible for the technology systems for Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management across Canada. Prior to that Mr. Razavi served as the Chief Information Officer for Tangerine Bank (formerly ING Direct).
As Chief Information Officer for 407 ETR, Mr. Razavi is responsible for the IT organization and supporting 407 ETR’s success by developing effective partnerships with the Senior Management Team. His responsibilities include end to end technology delivery, change management, oversight of technology projects, business priorities and technical transformation, and modernization of 407 ETR business systems.
Mr. Razavi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from Project Management Institute.
