Community

At 407 ETR, we’re driven to make life better on and off our highway and give back to the communities we serve.
We’re committed to making a positive impact across Ontario — from improving mobility and investing in the economy, to protecting the environment and supporting healthy, connected communities.
Strengthening the Communities We Serve

We provide critical support to the communities we serve where they need it most.

Social Impact
We make meaningful investments to help build vibrant communities.

Preserving Nature
We’re committed to pollution prevention and protecting the natural beauty around us.

Economic Impact
We contribute to Ontario’s economy through local investment, jobs, and community partnerships — creating value for drivers and the province alike.
How we drive economic growth

Reducing Congestion
By offering a faster, safer route, we help ease gridlock and keep traffic moving — saving drivers time and reducing regional emissions.

Enhancing Access
We’re making our highway more accessible and affordable through targeted financial assistance programs and that help drivers experience the benefits of a faster, safer route.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance Data
Our 2024 ESG Report demonstrates the important progress we’ve made towards increasing our transparency and accountability to our customers, employees, shareholders and the communities we serve.
Modern Governance Slavery - Annual Report 2024
In response to the federal legislation, Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, S.C. 2023, c.9, we have submitted the 2024 Annual Report outlining the steps taken to address the risk of forced labour or child labour being used in our supply chains.
