Michael Rosenfeld
Managing Director, Infrastructure Investments, PSP Investments
Michael Rosenfeld was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2025. Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance from Concordia University.
With over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, Mr. Rosenfeld joined PSP Investments in June 2007 as one of the early members of the Infrastructure Investments asset class. In his current role, Mr. Rosenfeld oversees the North American High Inflation Correlated Infrastructure (HICI) portfolio, direct investment activities in North America, as well as the funds and co-investment portfolio.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Rosenfeld worked at Desjardins Securities in the equity research group, covering utilities & power. In previous roles, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the infrastructure and project finance group, providing advisory services to corporate and government clients across a range of infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Rosenfeld currently serves on the Board of Directors of Transelec S.A. as well as several fund advisory committees.
